faq
I work with brands the way I work with people: holistically, thoughtfully, and with respect for bandwidth.
Focusing on how your stories travel, how your narratives land, and how your media ecosystem is built, scaled, and sustained.
In practice, it means:
• I treat media as an asset, not an output
• I turn content and communication into leverage, not noise
• I think in systems: creators, platforms, communities, and feedback loops
• I prioritize longevity and resonance over short-term spikes
I know most marketing is loud, reactive, and disposable. I do something more deliberate for you.
-
What exactly is your work?
I help organizations build and nurture engaged communities. My work focuses on creating thoughtful systems for communication, education, and relationship-building so members feel supported, heard, and motivated to participate.
With a background in marketing and trauma-informed practices, I approach community management with empathy and strategy, helping teams understand their audience, foster meaningful engagement, and build spaces where people genuinely want to show up.
-
Is this a creative or strategic marketing practice?
Both.
Creative without strategy is chaos.
Strategy without intuition is rigid and bland.
My work lives in the middle. -
Why can't I see your services?
My services aren’t publicly listed so you’re not sorting through options that don’t apply to you.
We connect first, get clear on what you actually need, and then align you with the offer that supports your next-level vision—without the guesswork. -
Is this just for spiritual brands?
No. This service is for brands that want to make sense. Integrity scales better than aesthetics.
-
What's your current tech stack?
Slack, Loom, Google Suite, Miroboard, Milanote, Canva, Later, and Air.
Overcomplicating is overrated.
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, GRIN, Planoly, Practice Better, Shopify, Klaviyo, MailChimp, Airtable, Asana, Notion, Trello, Adobe Spark, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. -
How do we meet?
This work is done remotely.
I travel only when being in the room materially improves the outcome, including select creative direction, events, or guest presentations.
I understand that some parties may require unique accommodations. *Be sure to outline your meeting requests in your outreach message!
